Emporia, Kansas – 39-Acre Pad‑Ready Development

A strategically positioned 39‑acre pad‑site ready property located at the intersection of HWY 50, I‑35, and the I‑335 Kansas Turnpike. This site offers exceptional regional connectivity and is primed for immediate commercial development.
 

Gardner & Kansas City (Legends) – Interchange Modernization
